I’m a holistic psychologist. I have a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology—a rigorous discipline that requires extensive training in multiple therapeutic modalities, psychological philosophies, developmental contexts, and contemplative traditions. Additionally, I received a deep education in divinity study. .

I enhanced my education and training into an awareness-based framework and call it Awakening Heart Awareness.

For nearly twenty years, I’ve been working with clients nationally and internationally in service to the cultivation of meaningful relationships, expansive innovation, enhanced well-being, and lasting change.

I believe that when we engage in the relationships that serve us well, use our gifts and skills to meaningfully contribute to our own lives and the lives of others, and expand in our capacity to create and innovate—we’re doing everything we can to uplift the world around us while helping our families and the people we may touch on any given day.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people across a wide range of roles and responsibilities, including creatives, healthcare professionals, scientists, and individuals in public-facing or high-responsibility positions.

I know that beyond tools and techniques, lasting change tends to occur when people can stay present with their experience rather than analyze it from a distance or convince themselves away from it.

When we’re in the process of affirming, convincing, denying, or repressing our feelings, we fall into “two minds.” Within “two minds” we experience greater upset, hurt, and confusion and none of the relief we inherently call “peace.” This blocks the creative, innovative, and higher executive functioning of our daily lives.

Awareness itself—how attention is directed, how emotion is met, how the body responds—plays a central role in whether insight can actually be lived and we can come into the unified self we can call “home.”

This work serves those seeking clarity, resolution, and satisfaction at the deepest levels of being. While I make no promises or guarantees, it offers dedicated individuals the opportunity to step into a healthier, more aligned life that expresses their full potential—wealth, health, happiness, and meaningful contribution.

This work supports lasting change by helping people relate to their inner experience with greater awareness, mastery, understanding, and compassion.

Our work together is conversational, collaborative, and measured with care. Sessions focus on bringing awareness to what is present—emotionally, physically, and relationally—so patterns can be understood and met differently as they arise.

Time together may direct back to the past, but sessions don’t begin there. They may hint at the future, but our focus isn’t there.

This isn’t for individuals seeking quick solutions, prescriptive direction, or attempting to change other people in their lives.

Our work together requires a deep foundational intention that only you can identify, and a deep willingness and ability to explore your inner life only you can access.

Developing a steadier relationship with your inner experience, insight will translate into meaningful, lived change over time. The pace is responsive and respectful, shaped by your needs and capacity. The process is experiential and connective.
